At Jurdaine Raven Global Ministries, integrity and excellence guide every resource and service we provide.
All products, digital or physical, are created to equip, empower, and inspire believers in their personal and spiritual growth journey.

We understand that situations vary, and while most of our resources are non-refundable due to their nature, this policy outlines when and how exceptions may apply.

Digital Products (eBooks, Devotionals, Courses, and Downloads)

All digital items, including eBooks, PDF devotionals, online courses, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Because digital content cannot be “returned,” access to these materials constitutes full delivery of service.

However, if you experience any technical issue preventing download or access, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will gladly assist with troubleshooting or file re-delivery.

Coaching and Mentorship Programs

All coaching, mentoring, and leadership development sessions are delivered with prayerful preparation and professional care.

Refund Policy for Coaching Services:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full reschedule option.

No refunds will be issued for missed or last-minute cancellations.

If a program or course is canceled by JRGM, a full refund or credit transfer will be offered.

Partial refunds may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen hardship, at the ministry’s discretion.

Physical Products (Books, Journals, Merchandise)

We strive for excellence in every item shipped. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photo evidence.

You may be eligible for:

A replacement of the damaged item

Or a full refund if replacement is not possible

Conditions for Return:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Event Registrations and Live Experiences

Refunds for worship events, conferences, or workshops will be considered as follows:

Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund or ticket transfer to another participant.

Less than 7 days before the event: Refunds may not be available due to venue and material costs.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by JRGM, participants will receive a full refund or transfer credit for future events.

Donations and Contributions

All financial donations are considered voluntary and non-refundable, as they are given in support of ministry work.
If an error was made in your donation (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction for review.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please reach out to us first before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We value open communication and are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

Processing of Refunds

When approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
